Job summary

Good Reason Houston is seeking a Manager of Data and Operations for the Advancement Team. You will optimize data management, oversee donor information systems, and align operations with fundraising goals.

The role collaborates with Finance and frontline fundraisers to advance donor engagement and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong data background, experience with donor databases, and a track record of improving data quality, reporting, and privacy practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in data management, IT, or business administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data management, preferably nonprofit fundraising.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Oversee database management and data integrity for donor systems and reporting.
• Support wealth screening and prospect research to optimize donor portfolios.
