Nango is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers build with Nango and turn their needs into better products. This is a full‑stack engineering role with heavy customer interaction, including frequent calls, Slack conversations, and pairing sessions alongside hands‑on coding.

Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills are essential. The role involves direct collaboration with customers, troubleshooting, and delivering end-to-end integrations.

FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers build with Nango and turn their needs into better products. This is a full‑stack engineering role with heavy customer interaction. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work directly with customers from technical evaluations to production & beyond.

• You communicate exceptionally well in English, on calls and in writing.
• You build customer trust, listen carefully, and explain technical tradeoffs clearly.
• You enjoy frequent customer interaction and helping developers succeed.
• You have 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience.
• You translate customer needs into thoughtful, lasting product solutions.
• You are comfortable debugging APIs, integrations, and production systems.
• You manage multiple customer priorities and follow through reliably.
• Experience with developer tools or customer‑facing engineering is a plus.

LOCATION

This is a remote role open to candidates based in North America & Europe
