Nango (YC W23) is hiring senior and staff backend engineers to build core infrastructure and API access for developers. You will own systems end-to-end from ideation to delivery, collaborating with customers to solve integration challenges and shaping the platform's future.

We value ownership, DX, and a product mindset. This remote-first role supports North America, LATAM, or Europe with a strong emphasis on scalable, high-availability backend services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend engineering experience, with ability to scale high-traffic systems.
• Deep experience with developer infrastructure, APIs, databases, and performance-critical systems.
• Comfortable with Node.js and modern backend stacks.
• Strong communication in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and scale backend systems, APIs, and services for our open-source platform.
• Build developer interfaces: APIs, SDKs, UIs, and a runtime that delights developers.
• Collaborate with customers to solve integration challenges.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.
• Own roadmap decisions and align with company strategy.
• Maintain and engage with the open-source repository.
