Job summary

Nango is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers build with our API integrations. This is a full‑stack role with heavy customer interaction, frequent calls and pairing sessions, and hands‑on coding.

You will work directly with clients from evaluation through production, translating needs into durable product solutions and keeping stakeholders aligned on progress and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience collaborating with customers and teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product concepts.
• Comfort debugging APIs, integrations, and production systems.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers from evaluation to production and beyond.
• Lead customer calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives.
• Build integrations and resolve complex implementation issues.
• Ship full-stack product improvements from design through deployment.
• Keep customers informed with updates, expectations, and next steps.
• Shape the roadmap based on what you learn from customers.
