Job summary

Nango is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers build with Nango and translate needs into stronger products. This full-stack role involves frequent customer calls, Slack discussions, and hands-on coding, with an emphasis on clear communication and customer-facing solutions.

You will work directly with customers from technical evaluations to production and beyond, leading calls and deep dives while shipping full-stack improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with developer tools, APIs, and customer-facing engineering.
• Comfortable debugging APIs, integrations, and production systems.
• Able to manage multiple customer priorities and follow through reliably.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers from evaluations to production and beyond.
• Lead customer calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives.
• Build integrations and resolve complex implementation issues.
• Ship full-stack product improvements from design through deployment.
• Keep customers informed with updates, expectations, and next steps.
• Shape the roadmap with learnings from customers.
