Job summary

Supero.dev is hiring for a cloud infrastructure/platform engineering role in the United States. You will own the Kubernetes platform, build multi-cloud deploy paths, and design reliable preview and production environments.

The role emphasizes boring, automated deployments and a strong focus on security and cost control. Ideal candidates have deep AWS/GCP experience, IaC fluency, and a track record of running production systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering or SRE, running production.
• Kubernetes past the tutorial—able to debug a cluster at 2am and explain findings.
• AWS and/or GCP at depth, IAM included.

Responsibilities

• Own the Kubernetes platform, including HA control plane and registry.
• Develop and maintain multi-cloud deploy paths (GCP and AWS) and guardrails.
• Manage preview and production environments with proper lifecycle separation.
• Own CI/CD, image promotion, rollout, rollback, and visibility of running versions.
• Improve observability, alerting, and cloud cost controls.
• Maintain security posture: secrets, network policy, TLS, CSP, and boundaries.
