Job summary

Superblocks is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical success of enterprise customers from HQ in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, with remote/in-office options.

You will onboard customers, deploy Superblocks, design solutions with administrators and builders, and document patterns while feeding product feedback to the team.

This role requires strong communication, fast learning, and hands-on cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Computer science or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong problem-solving and quick learner.
• Experience building software with modern languages and APIs.
• Clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and success for enterprise customers.
• Guide customers on best practices and solution architecture.
• Deploy and operate Superblocks with administrators.
• Collaborate with builders to design and troubleshoot apps.
• Resolve integrations, authentication, and cloud infra challenges.
• Create documentation and reusable solution patterns.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.
