Job summary

Rox in San Francisco is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with top revenue teams to bring AI-native workflows to life. You’ll own onboarding, solution design, and drive adoption, mapping complex workflows and writing SQL to support customer use cases.

You will collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to shape Rox delivery for customers, in a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends onboarding, GTM, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B SaaS/technical customer relationships (pre- or post-sale).
• Strong execution mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language for large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale onboarding end-to-end, ensuring users derive value from first call onward.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, mapping workflows to Rox.
• Deliver demos, trainings, and live solutioning sessions (remote + in-person).
• Run integration and scoping sessions with GTM and RevOps to enable high-impact POCs.
• Capture product feedback to inform roadmap and direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build internal documentation and enablement content.
• Drive user activation and expansion with compelling value narratives.
