Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers focused on Data 360, Salesforce’s real-time data engine. You will configure, build, test, and deploy Data 360 in enterprise sandboxes and production environments, turning designs into working implementations across ingestion, harmonization, identity, insights, activation, and security.

You’ll work with architects and customer teams, writing SQL, Python and Apex, building ingestion pipelines, and ensuring secure, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or technical implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or comparable enterprise data platform.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrations (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines and integrations in customer environments.
• Develop ingestion, modeling, identity, and activation components for Data 360.
• Ensure secure data access and governance across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design and implement MCP, agent-to-agent protocols, and scalable data integration patterns.
