Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for Data 360 who will implement, test, and deploy real-time data solutions inside enterprise environments. You will write SQL, Python, and Apex, build ingestion pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across multiple data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or a comparable enterprise data platform across ingestion, modeling, identity, insight, activation, and operations.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrations using enterprise data platforms or technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Kafka or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build in customer environments using Data 360 configuration and code in SQL, Apex, Flow, Python.
• Engineer the data layer across batch and streaming sources to support workloads.
• Ground the AI agents with RAG, vector databases, and knowledge bases in real-time data.
