FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join a fully remote team delivering AI-native solutions for Fortune 500 and startup clients. You’ll embed with enterprise teams, turning problems into production-ready AI systems with a strong emphasis on data, retrieval, and trustworthy model behavior.

You’ll operate across discovery, design, and delivery, owning architecture decisions, CI/CD, and long-term value realization for regulated industries and complex datasets.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production‑grade (typed, tested, deployed services).
• Track record as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Has designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps).

Aufgaben

• Discover and run discovery with stakeholders to identify AI problems.
• Structure the process and the specs for automation projects.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Operate Day 2 governance: eval harnesses, observability, cost, and latency management.
