FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and build AI-enabled solutions. You will uncover AI opportunities, design end-to-end agentic systems, and deliver working prototypes rapidly while ensuring reliable production readiness.

You’ll collaborate with enterprise clients, balance technical rigor with strategic questioning, and own CI/CD for AI/ML deployments, including Day 2 operations and governance. This role is fully remote with national scope.

Competenze

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade development.
• Experience with LLMs, AI systems in production, and retrieval/guardrails.
• CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps) and scalable architectures.

Mansioni

• Discover business problems with stakeholders; separate AI opportunities from workflows.
• Structure processes and specs for automation; map data, decisions, and exceptions.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build agents and retrieval services; deliver working prototypes quickly.
• Engineer CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines; enable Day 2 operations.
• Operate post-launch observability, evaluation, and governance.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
