FullStack, a leading AI-native engineering partner, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI solutions, and deliver production-grade systems.
You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, able to scope discoveries on Monday and ship what you scoped on Thursday, with edge in data, retrieval, and model behavior.
We serve regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, offering a remote-first environment and a strong focus on value delivery.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
- Experience designing production AI systems and agent architectures.
- Strong ability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI opportunities within client problems and define the solution scope.
- Architect end-to-end AI systems with emphasis on data, retrieval, and governance.
- Build production-grade agents, retrieval services, and eval pipelines.
- Own CI/CD for AI systems, including versioning and release gates.
- Operate Day 2 monitoring, observability, and cost management.
- Present proposals to CTOs and senior leadership; support pre-sales where needed.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful handoff and adoption.
