Job summary

Brillio in New York, United States is seeking an AI Builder (Forward Deployed Engineer) to act as the speed and execution engine for client AI initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help turn prototypes into scalable production systems.

You will leverage leading AI tools and participate in governance, security, and enterprise-compliance processes while building end-to-end AI solutions for major clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Generative AI & Agentic AI.
• AI agents & workflow automation.
• Python is required.
• React / Next.js is required.
• APIs and integrations.
• LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
• Experience building in enterprise environments.
• Comfortable explaining AI solutions to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly.
• Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool.
• Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot and other AI coding tools.
• Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
• Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to discover and define problems, not just take requirements.
• Demonstrate working solutions and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while maintaining momentum.
