Job summary

Brillio is seeking an AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) to drive rapid prototyping and productionizing of AI solutions for major clients. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, then turn prototypes into scalable systems.

You will leverage Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Copilot to deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including RAG, agents, and automation in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork and related tools.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Generative AI and Agentic AI expertise with practical deployment experience.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and AI agents & workflow automation.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and full-stack development.
• Proficient in Python and frontend tech (React/Next.js).
• Experience designing APIs and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Ability to explain AI solutions to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly.
• Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool.
• Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding tools.
• Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define problems, not just requirements.
• Demonstrate working solutions and incorporate feedback rapidly.
• Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while delivering.
