Job summary

Brillio is seeking an AI Builder to act as the speed and execution engine for developing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype, and scale successful solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and orchestration.

Responsibilities include building GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, leveraging tools like Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, and ensuring governance and security throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Generative AI & Agentic AI.
• AI agents & workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building APIs and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Ability to explain AI solutions to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork and other tools.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions including RAG, agents, and automation.
• Take prototypes through to production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and define problems, not just take requirements.
• Demonstrate working solutions and incorporate feedback swiftly.
• Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while delivering.
