Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions inside customer environments, enabling multi-agent orchestration for complex workflows.

You will collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers, write production code, and manage real-time data grounding and integration pipelines to core systems. Travel 25–30% for on-site deployment is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with production AI or enterprise integration.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with API design (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and agent protocols (MCP, tool calling).
• Expertise bridging AI agents with legacy ERP systems using middleware like MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling logic, and management of execution loops.
• Develop real-time data grounding systems and telemetry dashboards to monitor health.
• Create and maintain APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers to ship production code quickly.
