Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions directly inside customer environments, connecting advanced agents to the broader technology landscape.

You will work in an agile deployment pod, writing production code, architecting data grounding systems, and deploying automation for supply chain and back-office workflows from day one.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python/Java/JS; production AI delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and building RAG pipelines.
• Strong API design skills (REST/GraphQL/webhooks) and middleware integration.
• Familiarity bridging AI agents with legacy ERP systems (MuleSoft or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration inside customer environments.
• Implement agent communication protocols and context sharing standards across agents.
• Develop real-time data grounding, ETL/ELT pipelines, and knowledge bases for enterprise data.
• Collaborate with CTOs/VPs, write production code, and ensure scalable integration with enterprise systems.
