Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, connecting AI agents to the broader enterprise technology landscape.

In an agile pod, you will write production code, architect data grounding, manage multi-agent communication, and deploy automated supply chain workflows from day one, helping customers realize rapid AI impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in production AI or enterprise integration.
• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex.
• Hands-on AI grounding and LLM orchestration experience.
• Experience with API-led connectivity and modern agent protocols.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft or similar middleware for ERP integration.
• Knowledge of data modeling and asynchronous messaging patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Architect real-time data grounding systems and manage multi-agent communication protocols.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP/webhook APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool-calling logic, and MCP-based context sharing.
• Collaborate in agile pods with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers to deliver production readiness.
• Create telemetry dashboards to monitor health, triggers, and business outcomes.
