Job summary

Cresta is hiring a founding Special Projects Lead on the AI Agent Team. You will scale deployment motion, design scalable operations, and drive cross-functional initiatives across product, GTM, and operations for AI Agent programs at F500 clients.

You’ll own process playbooks, automation, and knowledge systems while shaping the growth of the AI Agent program and brand through content and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in high-velocity environments.
• Built playbooks, pipelines, automations, and scaled operational processes.
• Experience in business operations, strategy & operations, or product strategy / operations at a fast-scaling tech company.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team, reporting on OKRs such as revenue and pilot-to-conversion performance.
• Design an AI-powered second brain to centralize team know-how and establish documentation standards.
• Develop internal tools and processes to enable scaling and improve hiring funnel and events.
• Lead cross-functional projects at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations.
• Seed key initiatives from idea to proof-of-concept before housing them in new roles.
• Grow the Cresta AI Agent deployment brand through content and thought leadership.
