Job summary

Spectrum Search is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to guide deployments for AI-enabled banking solutions. You will partner with customers to drive adoption, define success metrics, and own the end-to-end rollout from contract to production use.

You’ll influence C-suite discussions, shape AI roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable agents handling large customer interactions. Experience with enterprise deployments and AI agents is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of product management or client-facing strategy experience.
• Background in product management, management consulting, startup operations or deployment strategy.
• Confident use of AI tools such as Claude.
• Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to VP-level finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owning deployments end-to-end: scoping requirements, customizing agents, defining success metrics, managing the roadmap, and taking customers from signed contract to full production adoption.
• Acting as a strategic thought partner to C-suite and senior executives at major banks and financial institutions, shaping AI roadmaps, leading steering forums, and driving key deployment decisions.
• Turning customer requirements into production-grade AI systems, working directly with engineering to build, test and iterate on agents that handle millions of customer interactions.
• Monitoring account health through usage data, spotting risk early, and running retention and expansion plans before problems escalates.
• Building lasting executive relationships and leading high-stakes conversations on compliance risk, operational redesign, systems integration and customer experience transformation.
• Giving engineering clear, data-backed product feedback that turns customer friction into roadmap improvements.
• Helping define the playbooks, hiring bar and operating standards for the function as the company scales.

We’re working with a fast-growing AI start-up building AI agents that are redefining how bank employees work. Their platform is used by major banks and financial institutions to automate and transform customer-facing operations. Usage has grown dramatically over the past six months. The Forward Deployed PM team is their highest-impact group, shaping how customers use the product and get value from it.

The role

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you’ll work closely with customers to guide deployments, drive adoption, and make sure they have the tools and insight they need to hit their goals. You’ll combine product ownership, executive advisory and hands‑on delivery, working with senior leaders at major financial institutions on how they deploy AI across their operations.

What our client is looking for

• 2–8 years’ experience as a Product Manager or client‑facing strategist
• A background in product management, management consulting, start‑up operations (founder or 0-to-1) or deployment strategy
• Confident, effective use of AI tools such as Claude
• Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to and managing VP‑level finance stakeholders
• A strong academic background
• Client‑facing experience on enterprise engagements or in consulting
• Experience with AI agents or at an AI agent company
• Familiarity with agentic AI deployments in large organisations
