Job summary

WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 50-100 accounts, translating WRITER's platform into measurable P&L impact. You will drive AI adoption at the executive level, shape the transformation playbook, and influence product roadmap for enterprise-scale value realization.

You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, leading complex, cross-functional programs and guiding executives through the shift to an AI-first operating model.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for large enterprises.
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with the success manager.
• Build C-suite relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Lead value realization and P&L impact analysis through surveys and interviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing risks and escalations.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell/upsell.
• Develop and share decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
