Job summary

WRITER is seeking an AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating AI capabilities into measurable P&L impact. You’ll shape strategy at the intersection of business and technology, influencing product roadmaps and driving enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Based in a hybrid role with Chicago or Austin hubs, you’ll report to the director of AI transformation and success and lead high-impact programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes
• Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
• Strong executive presence and communication for boards and leadership
• Experience in management consulting or strategy advisory environments

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts and lead ROI/value initiatives with a CSM
• Partner with executive teams to set vision and JTBD framework for AI adoption
• Build and nurture C-suite relationships as a trusted AI transformation advisor
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews for P&L impact
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managers, and teams
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell and upsell
• Develop transformation playbooks, decks, and communications for teams
