You will manage complex programs, align C‑suite executives, and collaborate with sales to expand opportunities across customers while guiding transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50‑100 companies.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills used to lead boards and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers while leading ROI and value initiatives with a customer success partner.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50‑100 customers by setting vision and JTBD framework with leadership.
• Build and manage C‑suite relationships as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI at the executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by analyses through surveys and interviews.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional programs across stakeholders with governance and risk management.
• Identify expansion opportunities by anticipating needs and collaborating with sales on cross‑sell and upsell.
• Scale best practices by producing decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
