WRITER, a leading enterprise AI platform provider, seeks a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts. You will translate business strategy into measurable P&L impact and drive AI adoption, moving organizations from experimentation to value realization.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge tech, shaping the product roadmap and guiding executive-level programs.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100
Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
Executive presence and communication to boards while leading cross-functional teams
Curious mindset and authentic leadership
Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and lead ROI/value initiatives with a customer success partner
Act as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 clients, driving AI adoption
Build and maintain C-suite relationships as trusted AI advisor
Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact
Orchestrate cross-functional programs with stakeholders, risk management, and program updates
Identify expansion opportunities with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Develop playbooks, decks, and communications to scale transformation practices
