WRITER is seeking an AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll align business strategy with cutting-edge technology, guiding executives through a shift to an AI-first operating model.

You’ll drive the playbook for enterprise AI transformation, influence product roadmaps, and help the world’s biggest brands expand human capacity with superintelligence. This role is hybrid from New York City.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 clients.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to translate capabilities into measurable P&L impact.
• Exceptional executive presence to lead presentations to boards and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex business environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with a focus on adoption strategy.
• Serve as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50–100 accounts by setting vision and JTBD frameworks.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for AI prioritization at executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery via surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact of AI adoption.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing teams, escalations, risk, and updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Scale transformation practices by producing decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
