Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Proven sales experience and goal-oriented track record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand EFCO's market presence in the assigned territory.
• Position EFCO as the go-to supplier for formwork and shoring systems.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and close deals.
• Conduct on-site visits and present EFCO's forming systems to clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle and forecast monthly results.
• Provide trusted consultation and exceptional customer support throughout projects.
