Job summary

EFCO Corp. is seeking a Formwork Specialist (Territory Manager in Training) in the United States West Memphis area.

You will become the trusted advisor to formwork buyers, driving profitable growth by offering EFCO’s forming systems and building deep industry relationships to deliver tailored, cost-efficient solutions. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, use Salesforce to forecast and track opportunities, and consistently exceed targets while representing EFCO’s values of

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Desire to succeed and ability to overcome obstacles.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Track record of success and advancement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous successful sales experience preferred.
• Engineering degree a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with existing and new customers to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
• Review contract drawings and interview clients to determine project needs.
• Develop and demonstrate innovative solutions to customer forming needs.
• Develop operations and Best Value Worksheets to validate the solution of delivering the Lowest In Place Concrete Costs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates.
• Close orders and follow up to manage implementation and ensure a successful project.
