Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Forma Industry Cloud deployments for North American General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will evaluate workflows, configure solutions, deliver training, and support adoption across the plan, design, build, and operate phases.

You will partner with customers and Autodesk teams to align digital workflows with business priorities, share feedback on roadmap, and travel up to 50% to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle: plan, design, build, operate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• General understanding of SaaS tech and software adoption best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations; recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on customer needs.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams and executives.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Share implementation insights and feedback with Autodesk product teams to shape future direction.
