Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud focused on Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. The role supports North American accounts, leading end-to-end implementation, training, and adoption of Forma Build and Preconstruction to transform workflows from plan to operate.

You will work with Autodesk product and sales teams, configure customer workflows, and deliver role-based training, while staying aligned with product roadmaps and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry, with GC/Trade Contractor exposure
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person engagements
• Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build or related Autodesk solutions preferred
• Experience leading software implementation and workflow transformation in AEC

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on customer requirements
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams and executives
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational transformation
• Partner with sales on implementation planning and customer success strategies
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices
• Share implementation insights with Autodesk product teams to shape future direction
