Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on the Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end implementation, training, and advisory engagements to help customers translate workflows into Forma solutions.

Based primarily in North America, you will assess existing processes, configure workflows, deliver role-based training, and support adoption across planning, design, build, and operate stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Understanding of SaaS adoption and professional learning concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with implementation, training, or consulting in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmap developments.
