Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an implementation consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction. You will lead end-to-end implementations, train teams, and guide customers from plan through operation.

You will work with General Contractors and Trade Contractors to optimize workflows and adoption of digital solutions. You will partner with Autodesk product and sales teams to share field insights and stay aligned with the product roadmap, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry, with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle from planning to operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives and teams.
• General knowledge of SaaS adoption best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person engagements.
• Experience with Forma or Autodesk solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows and recommend best practices for Forma Industry Cloud.
• Align digital workflows with business priorities across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures per requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders including exec audiences.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational change.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and share feedback with Autodesk product teams.
