Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud to guide General Contractors and Trade Contractors through end-to-end implementations, trainings, and ongoing adoption across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

You will evaluate customer workflows, configure workflows, deliver role-based training, and partner with sales to plan deployments while staying aligned with the product roadmap in North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (planning to operations).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• General understanding of SaaS tech and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
• Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build, or related Autodesk solutions preferred.
• Experience leading software implementation, workflow transformation, training, or consulting in AEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations; recommend best practices.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and org-wide change.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning, customer success strategies, and expansion.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and industry best practices across building lifecycle.
• Share insights with Autodesk product teams to influence roadmap.
