Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, deliver training, and guide adoption to improve business outcomes across plan, design, build, and operate.

You will collaborate with Autodesk product and sales teams, adapt workflows to customer priorities, and stay aligned with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations and recommend best practices.
Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
Configure customer-specific workflows and data structures.
Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders.
Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects.
Partner with sales on planning, success strategies, and expansion opportunities.
Stay current on Forma capabilities and industry best practices.
