Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud focused on Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will guide adoption, configure workflows, deliver training, and support transformation across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

You will primarily support North American accounts, partnering with product and sales teams to align with roadmap while enabling scalable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with direct GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the building lifecycle and value of digital transformation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with SaaS adoption and professional learning concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations and recommend best practices.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across plan, design, build, operate.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures per requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders, including executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live project environments.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and industry best practices.
• Share insights with Autodesk product teams to inform future roadmap.
