Taylor Sudden Service, located in Bessemer, AL, seeks a service administrator to coordinate customer needs with field technicians and parts personnel. You will compute part and labor costs and prepare clear service estimates for customers.

You will also process orders, manage warranty claims, and keep essential service-center records up to date while assisting with scheduling and safety coordination as required.

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers and Field Service Mechanics to identify required maintenance.
• Advise customers on necessary services.
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore lift truck to customer’s specification.
• Estimate costs of repairs and explain estimates to customer.
• Process parts and service orders for invoicing.
• Keep paperwork for each lift truck folder current.
• Process warranty claims and follow through to completion.
• Answer calls and prepare quotes for the Service Center.
• Maintain service center databases and address books.
• Assist in filing and organizing the Service Center files.
• Track service personnel time and report to Louisville per policy.
• Perform duties of safety coordinator as assigned.
• Maintain vehicle files and issue purchase orders for repairs.
• Audit expenses/purchases and create reports for service sales and expenses.
• Source promotional materials and manage stock for sale to employees/customers.
• Provide orientation and distribute company cards to SSI personnel.
• Schedule vacations and leaves; maintain timekeeping records.
• Review timecards weekly and prepare new forms for SSI use.
• All other duties as assigned.
