Challenge Manufacturing, a leading tier 1 supplier and employee-owned metal assemblies producer in Holland, MI, is seeking a skilled Material Handler/Forklift Operator to support plant flow. You will move material, load/unload, stock inventory, operate forklifts, and assist in continuous improvement efforts in a safety-focused environment.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, ability to read and follow instructions, basic computer skills, and willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts including

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift to move materials and loads.
• Inventory materials on the shop floor and supply workers as needed.
• Load/unload pallets, boxes, and parts; stage for production.
• Assist with continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy of material handling records and tagging.
