Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support efficient distribution in our Ohio facility. You will move inbound freight to storage, replenish pick slots, and ensure safety and GMP compliance throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, rotating stock, inspecting pallets, and maintaining accurate data and paperwork. The role requires physical ability to lift moderate weights and work multi-temperature

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Must be able to work overtime as scheduled.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Move and store products in racks and slots while recording data.
• Replenish pick slots and ensure timely stock rotation.
• Inspect pallets, handle damaged items, and perform safety checks.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow GMP guidelines.
• Complete paperwork and operational checks at shift end.
