Performance Foodservice, a broadline distributor for Performance Food Group, is hiring a Forklift Operator (Non Formula) to move and store product in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to maintain efficient inventory flow and accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, 6+ months warehouse experience, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Overtime and safety compliance are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly (10–35 lbs; up to 60–90 lbs depending on location).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per next day's work orders.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
• Remove empty pallets, packing materials, and strapping to appropriate areas.
• Inspect pallets for damage and move them safely with pallet jack or forklift.
• Follow safety policies and perform equipment safety checks.
