Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for our Northern Kentucky facility. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight, stock inventory, and replenish pick slots, all while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

This role requires lifting 10–90 pounds, standing and walking throughout shifts, and working in multi-temperature environments. You will be part of a team focused on accuracy, productivity, and safe operation, with Sunday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and generally up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Move incoming freight to inventory and stock slots.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock items.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance in all tasks.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
