Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Westminster, MD is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move freight, stock inventory in multi-temperature spaces, and ensure accurate data entry in the warehouse.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, rotate stock, perform safety checks, and meet productivity standards while following GMP and company policies. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience with forklift standup/reach included.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift between 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot and sets pallets using forklift or hand stack items; enters data and location.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock according to work orders; rotates stock and removes outdated inventory.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots; removes empty pallets and related packing materials.
• Follows safety policies and PPE usage; ensures work area is safe and reports hazards.
• Performs safety checks, prepares supplies, and completes paperwork at shift end.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
