Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our distribution process. You will move and store goods using forklift and pallet jack, ensure accurate data entry, and help maintain inventory flow in a multi-temperature facility.

Responsibilities include replenishing slots, rotating stock, and ensuring safety and GMP standards are met. Candidates should have 6+ months of warehouse experience and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10-35 lbs and up to 60-90 lbs
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack.
• Record product data and location for inventory control.
• Transport incoming freight to appropriate areas using forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock as per work orders.
• Rotate stock to front and remove outdated items per policy.
• Perform end-of-shift paperwork and maintain clean work area.
