Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move freight through the warehouse safely and efficiently. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to stock, pick, and replenish products across multi-temperature zones in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, completing paperwork, and maintaining GMP standards while meeting productivity targets. Prior experience in warehouse/distribution and the ability to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move goods safely.
• Place pallets in racks and stage incoming freight for storage.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock as needed.
• Perform safety checks and maintain clean work area.
• Complete required paperwork and follow GMP guidelines.
