Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year related experience and/or training.
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Basic math and ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• English proficiency required for safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely to locate, store, and move products.
• Receive shipments, unload, inspect for damage, and verify counts against packing lists.
• Scan, label, and track inventory with ERP system and barcodes.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping; ensure correct documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOPs; participate in cycle counts.
