Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson of Specialized Equipment to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate with management, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. The role involves field training, customer coordination, and maintaining equipment readiness.

The ideal candidate will have CDL, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment, including travel for storm work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA standards and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and scope with property owners; refers controversial cases to the General Foreperson.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintain customer relations through effective completion of tasks and professional conduct.
• Investigates incidents and minor damages as delegated by supervisor.
• Keeps accurate records, timesheets, and crew reports.
