Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to ensure daily crew productivity and coordinate with management on hiring, deadlines, and safety protocols. Manages field training, safety, and customer relations while ensuring accurate records and reporting.

The role requires CDL, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel for storm work. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking ability.
• Able to travel for storm work and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and re-training of crew on job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Communicates with customers to address access, power interruptions, and work scope.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports; tracks unit completion.
