Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, assign work, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. This role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to train team members in field settings.

You will coordinate with management, maintain records, and ensure OSHA compliance. A CDL is mandatory, and physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Able to adapt to field requirements and work without close supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working with heights.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Discusses access, workload, and property concerns with owners; escalates as needed.
• Obtains permission from property owners for work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
