Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety standards are followed on job sites. The role involves managing training, customer relations, and reporting on crew performance while working with a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and must be able to travel for storm work. A CDL is required and drivers' license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and adapt to field requirements.
• Capable of driving an approved company vehicle and handling field duties.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from supervision.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards and conducts safety training.
• Obtains permissions from property owners for access and work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and costs.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets or driveways.
