Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Forensic Mental Health Clinician/Court Evaluator to bridge mental health treatment with civil legal matters under ITA. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute mental healthcare (inpatient/outpatient/legal).

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and DSM-based evaluations.
• Navigate ITA laws and regulations in Washington (RCW 71.05, 71.34, WAC).
• Prepare legal petitions for ITA hearings (14/90/180-day).
• Serve as an expert witness in ITA proceedings and document in EMR.
