Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a motivated Foreclosure Specialist I to coordinate foreclosure sale activities and serve as the primary operational liaison for foreclosure attorneys and trustees. The role requires in-office presence and strong data handling capabilities.

Responsibilities include sale scheduling, instruction management, reporting, and post-sale reconciliation, alongside collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Must be able to analyze complex documents and provide feedback on processes.
• Experience handling confidential information and interacting with management and clients.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree focused on business, real estate or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support foreclosure sale activities, including scheduling and instruction management.
• Serve as primary liaison for foreclosure attorneys and trustees and internal stakeholders.
• Validate and report sale results; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor shared inboxes for Auction Day and Future Sales; resolve inquiries.
• Maintain sales dashboards to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of sales.
• Complete required compliance courses within Dayforce; adhere to company values.
• Support day-to-day reconciliation for related departments and retrieve data for auction day.
• Act as main point of contact for foreclosure attorneys/trustees and facilitate information retrieval.
